M & F Litteken Co is a family owned and operated General Contractor which has serving the Wichita Falls and surrounding area for close to 100 years. The company was originally known as Litteken Brothers Concrete Construction. In 1920 the brothers separated and Martin A. Litteken formed M.A. Litteken Construction which was changed to M.A. Litteken and Sons in 1941.
Following the death of Martin A. Litteken in 1946, his sons Martin F. and Fred Litteken changed the name to M & F Litteken Co. We have been in constant operation as M & F Litteken Co. since. In 1967 the company was incorporated in the State of Texas.
M & F Litteken Co. is currently owned and operated by Kevin & Jean (Litteken) Darnell. The company has expanded into a full service General Contractor, Construction Manager, and a Design Build Contractor serving the North Texas and Southern Oklahoma Areas.
